Thank you for your patience and sorry for taking so long! I've been running riot trying to meet deadlines at school, so please forgive me! The texture pack has now been updated with all the new wood and sandstone in 1.2.4, and I have also re-done the normal sandstone to make it more consistent.
The ctm.png sandstone still needs updated to 1.2.4. Just letting you know.
EDIT also the ctm.png makes it so bookshelves have missing pixels so you can see through the ground

unless it says "inactive" or "discontinued" it will be updated so be patient
you can change it with Optifine just go in animations and change the lava to dynamic
