Right, you're trying to get suggestions based on that image of dokucraft, but that's not a good way to do it because everyone just has doku stuck in their heads now. I'd say take a look at some google images that remind you of the feel you want, and post those here instead.

I suggest not using an existing texture pack as a base and starting by making a few blocks from scratch to get a feel for it.
