16 Bit World
Originally I was working on this texture pack for personal use however after getting some positive feedback from friends, I decided to share what I have done with the world.
I intend to continue working on this pack over time. I cannot promise immediate updates.
My Skin -> Leather -> Steel -> Gold -> Diamond -> Chain Mail
I did a quick update when I noticed some major glitches in version 1.0 I hope you like it.
Unfortunately I haven't had a chance to update all of the screen shots.
About time to update again! This time the full "terrain.png" is completed.
I also added 3 new screen shots, check them out.

I noticed that your items are missing from most of your screenshots. That is a shame because they are one of the strongest points of this pack.
I am currently working on a texture test map of my own (don't like any of the current ones, they are all function and no style). when I get things close to being done I will take some screenshots for you.

I know the difference between 16 bit and 16x resolution. 16 bit stands for the amount of bits that can be used to store the color for a single pixel on a image. "16 Bit World" is just a name I didn't think people would be picking apart like that.
Next time you go to a forum to scrutinize the name, I would appreciate if you would avoid talking in all caps. Flying into a rage like that doesn't make you seem respectable.

Elaborate with words when trying to get a point across. Simply typing in all caps comes off as aggressive and will tend to get you ignored rather than convincing the person to do as you say or think. In any form of communication the "Logical Connection" is the longest lasting connection (Public Speaking : The Power of Words, 2010)
More to the point, I only named my project "16 Bit World" as there is no unifying theme. It was simply a texture pack I put together to help me enjoy minecraft to its fullest extent.

This is one of the few simple packs I have seen that is actually decent. Good job. I really like the doors, those are fantastic.

I was planning to do a Mob update in a day or 2, we will see how it turns out.

99% of the people on this site probably have no idea what the difference is. So it isn't misleading them.
If you have some ideas for a name go on ahead and suggest them.
