Hey guys, this my first texture pack. Well released one. I'm not done and I wanna continue this with the community. So, here it is.

JAP Just Another (Texture) Pack

This is a 16x pack. Download Link at bottom.

I have multiple things done. Please give me your opinions on it. Both support and criticism. If you troll and say it sucks. I won't give you the attention you want. Also I textured a mod. Link will be here once it is out.

After looking at the gold ore I think you just scribbled with a yellow pencil onto a grey background. Innovation is great, if you do coal make veins. One of the things about this was I wanted to make it have shading. But very little. I didn't feel like shading cause I had done a bunch and I wanted to create textures when I create another one soon. I will add those greatly. And this one is for players who want a smooth. laid back not vividly in awe just. Like "Hey"

Yeah my bad. I don't know why I said that other comment. I updated and fixed it. I would appreciate more downloads or feedback.

Sadly, your name for this pack is all too suiting. It really is just another pack. There's nothing that stands out in this pack. Nothing has any style. All your stuff is copied/pasted and then recolored. All of the textures in the screen shot leave a lot to be desired. I'm not saying you should directly copy or that it's the only good 16x pack, but if you want a good example of 16x pack with detail and well thought out textures, look at the Painterly Pack. Look at it and find the the textures you really like. Then ask yourself what you like about those textures. What is it about those textures that makes them look appealing? Also there are several great tutorials on here that have tons of tips on how to make good looking and interesting textures. I myself have started making a texture pack, it's hard work. Doing a quality job on every texture individually is not easy and it's the reason I haven't worked on it in a while. Hopefully when I have completed it though, it's something that people will look at and go "This amount of detail took patience.". I'm not saying your pack is terrible either, but it's nothing new. I've seen a lot worse, but I've also seen a lot like this. I hope none of this has come across as too critical, I'm only saying this because I think you can do a lot better if you try. I want you to do better.

So true. You know what I'm leaving this forum up but scrapping this. New texture pack. I'm gonna work really hard! Might make it 32x. I'll still keep up with this but.
I'm overall not gonna mainly focus on this.

Anyone have any idea's? I'm gonna start the next one next week. I'll post what I have next Friday. I am leaving tommorow to St. Louis.

The terrain color kind of makes my eyes bleed? So maybe it would be better if you could spend some time to find a more appropriate color please? Thank You.
