Here is my first 16x pack!
It is a major WIP and I know it's not that great but it's a nice change of pace from my HD packs. :tongue.gif:

Definitely not painterly. I am the creator of the largest union in Minecraft, the Texture Artists' Union. If I ever posted a painterly pack I'd be quite the hypocrite :smile.gif:

I admit it's not that great, but you have to understand I am used to making HD textures. This is just a fun side-project to make me think outside the box a bit.

So far, I'm liking the look of it. It has a nice rugged look, and looks rpgish.

Thanks! I am primarily focusing on my other packs and getting them ready for the full release of minecraft, but I assure everyone that this and all my other packs will eventually be 100% complete. :smile.gif:

Well, I haven't ever done anything low resolution, so it is my first time doing 16bit graphics. I could always try doing a 32x first and resizing it, but I have a lot on plate at the current moment :tongue.gif:

It's a good start, but it's way too noisy, and looks really gritty and somewhat ugly because of that.

I hope you like the update I'll be putting out soon, I have done a lot of work on it.
