Please add direct links and the adf.ly links aren't working for me (just got a white screen with no downloading). BTW, this texture pack rocks MORE than Misa's Realistic Pack.
Huh everything's working fine except the Blocks and items; all the GUI, animals, sun and moon, and title screens work fine. It looks very mismatched :tongue.gif:
When you take a first look at this pack you see yet another good texture pack battling to become the best...
Overall a great pack will no doubt be a contender for the best Textures around.

I'm currently doing a 1.0 version of my first ever world, from Alpha, and at first I stuck to painterly. I think I was just trying to be true to the original though. Then i realized it's meant to be bigger, better, so opted for something different and came across this texture pack. (Which I've just mentioned and linked to in my Minecraft blog.)
I love the colored wool/wallpaper idea, alternate mobs, wood planks and parquet flooring style cobblestone especially. I also like the armour very much and the realistic gravel is very good too. The animals so cute, the mobs - disturbing! (Especially Enderman!)

I don't know what i'm doing wrong, but I can't seem to get the HD textures for Balkons Weapon mod to work. I'm putting the weapon folders into the gui and item folders in the texture pack like it tells me to, but when I start the game, the weapons are stil in 16x. I'm trying to use your 128x textures for the weapons with Misa's 64x texture pack. Could it be because of the texture size difference? (P.S. Only reason i'm not using yours is because it does not support Randomobs, otherwise it is a very well done pack!)

That's weird. Misa is 64x so if anything, my textures should resize down to 64x not 16. Maybe you're replacing the folders in the wrong spot. All of my textures has to take the spot of the original ones so the 16x defaults should be gone. Try dragging all the 128x items in the 16x items and replace all.
I went into my .jar and added your texture weapon mod folders to the corresponding gui and item folders, I then went to the actual Weapon mod, opened it up and changed the textures inside its gui and item folder as I did with the .jar, and finally I went inside my texture pack and added the texture to it. Now I get these blank, white textures for the weapons. It's starting to annoy me, but I still have one more trick up my sleeve...
EDIT: I think I found the problem, when I deleted a .png in the gui folder of the original WeaponMod.zip, all the texture's went white. If I leave it, along with your HD textures, all the textures are still 16x. I'm starting to run out of options, maybe it's because i'm missing a step or just flat-out incapable of doing it, but I think I might just stick with the default texture pack.
EDIT #2: I have found the problem and it was the .png in my previous edit. Apparently, thanks to forge, I need that .png but with your textures on it so I can run the HD textures. It took me awhile to figure it out, but thanks to someone having the same issue. I'm sorry for the long and constant posts, and thank you for your help, now all we need is that "sprite sheet" as someone called it.
This is an incredible texture pack, sleek, shiny, detailed and completely out of my computer's league.
The only thing I would suggest is making the tools have a bit more variety then just colors.
But what do I know, the only texturing I've done is a crappy SD pack.
Try starting a fresh minecraft folder, that usually fixes it. =X
