I've dropped any plans for a magikoopa skeleton, I won't be able to make it look good.
Thats a bummer! That would have been really neat. I can see the difficulties though, the hat wouldnt look right (must be pointy) and the robe cant be done at all with the skeleton body requiring a skeleton fit. Such a shame. Its really too bad that skinning in this method can't change the shape of the mob at all, it really limits one's options, though the challenge sure sparks the artistic creativity bone I'm sure.

Make the feather a Turtley Leaf from Paper Mario! 'Cuz the chickens are Koopas.
(And yes I do realise this is a SMW tex pack.)
boy the dispenser would have made an awesome Bill Blaster
Just make the furnace a closed Bill Blaster.
What if... what if you changed it to suck in 26 different line drawings of Mario themed icons? (mushroom, yoshi, fire flower, ect) THAT would be FREAKING AWESOME!!!
its a bucket fill in-depth commentary on modern consumerism's over-exploitation of positive human emotion via minimalistic figures seated in a retro-aesthetic.
It's "jum bo dee es six tee for", NOT "jum bods six tee for" or "jum bo dee es six for". What the heck is a jumbod, anyway?

The feather is actually already a feather from SMW, I've changed it.

I have the feeling that would look ridiculous. I still can't picture a way to make the furnace look remotely like a furnace if I do that.
YEAH! I'll work on that.
That'll depend on where the images for those characters are drawn from. If they're taken from the same file that defines the characters used in the enchantments (the enchantment popup window) I won't want to change those files. Otherwise, it's not worth the bother.
Also, update on progress: I've got all the textures for 1.2 in, and am texturing the iron golem to be the giant moles. It's a bit odd to texture and is taking more testing than usual, but I think I'll have a 1.2 pack uploaded tonight, with more mobs to come soon.
2. Well... you could make it like the SuperMarioCraft 64 texture pack! I mean smooth sides furnace.
3. Well what's wrong with lineart Mario icons being the enchantment stuff?

@Egon : Did you ever figure out why when the T.P. is active the characters for the enchantment table are no longer sucked into the book from the bookshelves?

It may have been due to a png that could have been missing. I'm not entirely sure, I don't think I've ever had a problem with it. In any case, I'll upload the 1.2 zip I've been promising for a week and see if that fixes the issue.
Updated for 1.2.4! School has slowed down and work is at a lull, so I've had some time to do planning and working on the texture pack. I know it's a bit late in coming, but the pack is now ready for 1.2.4.
Up next is armour because I know some of it looks pretty ugly. Then, mobs. The texture pack should be complete after that!
EDIT: @Ender:
I've tested the new pack with my crafting table and bookshelves, and all seems to be well. If you have problems with it, it may be due to some sort of graphics setting, I'm not sure. All I know is the pack itself is fine.
Would you mind taking this? I gave up on it a while ago.
Why would you do that? This looks really fantastic. It's not from Super Mario World, so there's not really anything I can do with it.
EXCEPT WAIT. Those redstone delay switches! I might just steal that idea from you if you don't mind, I'll make sure to credit you up top. (looks like I'll have to add a "credits" spoiler as well)
Mini update today, I've changed the armours a bit and added the new redstone delays.
The one thing I'm definitely not good at is designing Steve skins and armour. If anybody wanted to volunteer a skin for steve or a nicer-looking set of armour, I would be very generous with the credits and link to anything you like. I feel like that's the weakest part of the pack right now.
Anyway, I'm working on the boat and cart because they deserve to be skinned, and I have the chests open so they can be Mario-d up a bit. They're much too simple as it is.
And, a question:
Is the Aether mod very widely used? I'd like to add some more mod support and this is a mod that I haven't even used but which appears quite popular.
Kinda confused at first but it was worth the laugh, this texture pack has one of the best concept. You earn it!
Thanks! With the world being all cubey, I tend to be a fan of cartoony texture packs with clean lines. I also tend to prefer my own style over anybody else's and wanted something I knew I'd like.
Mini update today (finally). The pig is now a winged goomba. Iron Golems have been the giant moles for a while, too. Wasn't sure if I specifically mentioned that in a post.

Well, they don't look like words! I know they are, though there in that code... Interstellar Space whatever.

Curse PremiumNext come the cats.
Oh, sorry.
Just catchy and this reminded me of it.
Wish I could think of something for that block in my Mario pack.
Coming soon: Nintendo World Resource Pack
