Most packs that have the words "simple" or "cubes" in their name are pieces of crap.
But this... I'ts not too bad, pretty nice actually.
Still, I recommend adding some more shading and detail to some textures. I know, it's a simple pack, but I personally hate how this term is misused by 12 year olds as "Pack made without any effort".
But you don't seem like one of those.
That's the only reason I'm writing this actually.
Which program are you using BTW?
I'm just asking because some blocks (aka the planks) look kinda like you've tried implementing noise using MSpaint.
Protip: don't do that. Use GIMP.
I use GIMP. Gave been for near 4 years.
I agree, some blocks look flat, so i am doing what I can to make them look detailed yet simple. The planks have no noise on them at all. At least they shouldn't...

With "noise" I intended those dark brown stripes on the planks.
They just look a bit off. I suggest blurring them, toning them down or not using them at all.
Also, I downloaded the pack and I've noticed quite a few blocks that have the same problem as the planks: random stripes in different colors. I think what you need to do is to take the color of the block and alter it slightly instead of using a completely different color.
Also, I personally think it would be better to remove those white pixels on the glass.
I don't know you, but I'm not a big fan of glass with pixels on it. Just sayin'.
But overall it's nice pack , it kinda reminds me of tronic.
Those lines are supposed to provide some offset. I use altered colors for the depth shading on the blocks, then use a related, but different color to offset the overall color. If i just altered the main color, it would all blend too much, at least, that's IMO
I put the white pixels in the glass so you can still see that there is glass there but they are small enough so they don't get in the way. Easily removed by ones self if they are found to be annoying.
Anyhoo, thanks for your feedback, I will look over those textures and see if something can be done that will suit yours and my taste.

Thanks for the feedback, Im glad you are enjoying it.
Ive done a log more work including lightening up stone a tad, added CTM support, and several new animations to brink out the cyber feel of The End. I'm going to hold off any updates till 1.3 is official.

it could actually need some color management, the colors do not match for me. maybe kuler could be a help.
the lava looks exactly like the lava in summerfields to me! maybe only a coinsidence.
The lava IS the one from summerfields. I asked if i could use some of his textures temporarily till i could replace them. The chainmail and iron armor textures are also from there.
What do you mean the colors don't match? Which specifically?

The enchantment table. The red of the tablecloth doesn´t match at all to the colors of the books in the bookshelf. But usual you do place them around the table, so it should look nice together.
What does the table cloth have to do with the books in the book shelves? What would you do with it?

Sweet texture pack you have here. Always a fan of smooth squares, plus the 32x really does make it pop (as some others have said).
I hope you don't mind, but I featured your pack in a map playthrough. The map was dungeon crawler-themed, and I have to say it certainly fit your texture pack well. I credited you and this thread of course!

I can't verify right now, but I'm assuming that in the default textures the red of the tablecloth matches the red books, and that he likes this consistency.

Well if that's all it is, then tough ****. I want to know things that are problematic and/or need work. The color of a table cloth not matching ones taste isn't among them.

Is the stone color fine with everyone or would it benefit from being a little brighter?
