I have not messed with any of the transparent blocks. All I have edited is the ores and grass. The Ones with transparent textures have white rings around them. I use PAINT.NET.
Umm what is the problem again here? If it's the transparent blocks just checkthe texture.png if there is no white rings around it. Or try using mcpatcher
