A 12 year old could produce an X-ray back.. Plus, who's really going to cheat? With single player you can just use a mod, so this is obviously for multiplayer so people don't know your cheating, one of the cheapest things I have ever seen.

Some people have problems with Zombe mod and the original X-ray mod, that's why I made this texture pack.
