Textures are too smooth for my liking.
It's not half-bad for a first, though.
The main thing you need to watch for: how will it tile?
one example: Your grass tiles horribly, it's almost a slap in the face, saying " I'm a square of grass!"
The grass is significantly better, but, you can still see a defined "i am a square" outline.
I'm not trying to rag on you (if you feel that way).
Most of the most popular texture packs are built on a seamless-tile structure, and the most common complaint is that "you can see where one block begins, and one ends." (I.E. it doesn't tile well)
Texture packs that are designed NOT to tile need to keep consistency, everything needs to not tile. I can't think of one off-hand (possibly some of the Painterly pack?), but it would surprise me if there wasn't one.
Texture-packing is a learned skill, as with most things in life, you start from "i suck" and you build from there, it's constructive criticism that gets you to that point.
I'm by no means a great texture packer ( o.O ) I have none of my works posted ( a few friends and myself are the only ones that have it), but I can see a very definite improvement from my first go at it.
