I'm trying to change the light color for a texture pack, but it isn't working. No matter what I do to the light map file, it stays the same. I am getting quite annoyed by this and I can't figure out what's wrong. If you don't believe me, download three painterly packs, one with each lightmap option. Try each one, see if you notice any difference. I'm not getting any. I made a grayscale lightmap too, and still no change. I have been injecting these into the jar and running them on default graphics, after noticing that they weren't working in texture packs.

That texture has no use, just as the water color file.
