Oh, btw, my sister is visiting and was running pure vanilla Minecraft on her laptop. Yours was the 16x pack I downloaded for her to use until I could get her properly modded. (She really likes it, just Steelfeathers' Enchanted is her favorite.)
How did I miss the release of this pack? I love it! It's simple, yet...not(?) I'm not good with words, but I do know I love it. I'll try to give more in-depth commentary when I strat playing with it.

The adcraft site is down. No idea why, last time I check their thread there was no response to the complaints and apparently their IRC chat is empty.
huh, anyway, got the pack, it is pretty freakin awesome. I love the contrast of the dirt, grass, and stone. I like packs that change the how a mountain looks just by changing those 3 textures. One thing though. The lava, I don't like that the pattern goes away when it flows. the animation on water (still and moving) is so awesome though. Love the wool too.

Thanks, I plan on reworking the flowing lava animation. But not the still. I really like how that turned out.

Alrighty, There is a fairly good chance that I just landed not one but two jobs. Which I desperately needs right now. If that happens I will become sort of scarce. I will make all my packs compliant with the new releases but you probably won't be seeing to many texture from me for a while. I kind of want to wait until the full release next month before updating again.
So, I will be doing a release tomorrow. I want to smooth out the animations a tad, and I have a really cool idea for the still water, don't worry I won't be redoing the texture, just animating it a bit more.
Also, I may try to work on either a few mobs or items.

I will be releasing an update as soon as the next pre-release comes out. According to notch that will be the last pre-release with new content until the release at minecon. So, on that day, I will make all my packs 1.9 (whatever) compliant, meaning I will add the default textures to the terrain.png and items.png. Then I will start working on the new textures for future updates.

Love the new mobs, why weren't they in the update? Anyways, love the tools, I preferred the old bricks. All in all, this is turning into a really great pack

New update today. This update will bring this pack compatible with pre-release 4 as well as adding
New tools
touched up brick
new planks
touched up torches
touched up still lava animation

Let me know if there are any obvious bugs that I may have missed.
Bugs that I know of:
Flowing lava turns a mustard yellow and doesn't match the color change of still lava, also the animation is stuttery.
"sparkles" in water are...disorienting.
Flowing water animation not smooth.
Also, if most people like the old brick better I will go back to it.
