Working in this, Not finished yet. Nope I only just got started so to speak. Well I got started about 2 months ago, but my crap mouse was crapping out. So now I got a mouse that means I can work on my desktop where my Photoshop resides.
The idea behind this pack.
First of all, if you can't tell by my avatar/name Transformers Fan/geek/nerd/crazy.
Cybertronian themeed or Cybertronian on earth.
It's RP based to a degree.
Items in the image have been changed to one degree or another.
I wanted clear window blocks, so did a dark metal frame, Ice is a blue-tinted snowblock with translucency. Diamond block is the dark blue framed cube that is over a pink energon cube(TNT) My energon cubes exlode :tongue.gif: Wood doors have been remade, and may be remade yet again. Iron Door does not look too bad. (looks sweet in a dungeon). Wool has been basically made a solid/richer colour chosen from the original wool block palette. Except for red. I wanted a richer more vibrant red. I simply added a noise filter to the wool to give it some sort of texture rather than being smooth and solid and uninteresting. Wool was too textured for my needs and tastes.
Work table was changed from wood to something more metalic looking It tends to clash in my labs to have a wooden table in it. Cauldron was lightened... it's meh. The Aforementioned diamond block is being used as a monitor or screen.
Note blocks and jukebox have been given a top simlar to the enchantment table. I was very inspired by the corners, but I did not like the diamond look. Not so sure about the current purple. I might change it to blue yet. Purple is a very hard colour to get to work with stuff.
Rails and ironbars have been changed in a suble manner. the rails were darkened to give the wood either an aged or a metallic appearnce. Iron bars were simply darkened. They may change again. I have something in mind I might try with them.
Sugar canes were inspire by... painterly? But not removed from that pack. I desired a more woody looking cane with bright green leaf tips.
Mushrooms, or rather the brown mushrooms were given redone in a trippy purple as was the giant mushroom. I am quite pleased with how they turned out. Rose and dandilion were subtle change of either a golden yellow or darkger green stem. I have yet to decide how I wish to tackle these. Perhaps Morphobots(Early generation one robotic plant-like thing that eats insecticons)
books were recoloured into a blue tone that I rather enjoy and the bed Purple.
Chests were changed to appear metalic.
And artwork.
The artwork in the image I did actually paint in acrylic some years ago. I have several peices of art in my pack that I have either drawn/painted or coloured.
I have only just started this project and I am quite jazzed to finish it.
Also: Trees and grass have been changed. I have altered their colours to reflect the more autumn nature of this time of year. And the Pumpkin was simply given a side rather than the face. Nothing important. Just looked more fitting for me. I am playing with other ideas as well, just not sure how I will go about tackling them.\
