lol sry to have to post again but I Think you saved your buildcraft block_textures.png at the wrong size instead of 512x512 you saved it as 1024x1024 which is why i think im having problems with blocks not showing up correctly.
Let me guess you have Additional Pipes installed? If so it wasn't supported since he overrides the default block_textures.png with his own. Anyway its now supported so just redownload :tongue.gif: and it should work. I've also changed from 1024 to 512 to save your memory and to knock out possible bugs. Thanks for mention it, i was testing something and forgot to remove the 64x64 version.
Don't know if there is a better option available, but this isn't a bad choice to throw into the JohnSmith Pack to get a better BC/IC2 compatibility going with that pack as well.
Sure, im using a mix of DokuCraft and JohnSmith you can check out the included terrain.png its the one that im using. If you like it, be sure to use it with the stuff from the Contrast folder.

Yea :biggrin.gif: i hope they dont change the way of handling textures with every update. At the moment its just copy and pasting but that keeps me away from making new stuff. And besides that i have to work normally and my boss doesn't like that i spend my time on other textures. :biggrin.gif: But dont mind it i love learning pixel art and so i will continue on it until everything is done!
Weird all of them are working but the stuff for IC2, any ideas? I dragged and dropped the stuff for ic2 bc and red power and only the ic2 stuff is still stock?
i can't wait forthe red power stuff or the rest ofthe this add on is done, have ya thought about contacting the saga continues bunch and submit your fixes and new stuff to them? it'd be esier for everyone to just have the new textures added into their customizer on planetminecraft
Hi there.... I can't get the bloody thing to work for me.
1. I downloaded the "DokuCraft - The Saga Continues 1.9Pre4_High.zip" file and also the "DokuCraft_-_TechnicalAddons_v0.1.zip" file
2. Opened both archives with 7-zip
3. Went in the "DokuCraft_-_TechnicalAddons_v0.1.zip/High/" folder
4. Drag & dropped the "eloraam", "ic2" and "net" folders into the "DokuCraft - The Saga Continues 1.9Pre4_High.zip" archive
Please help!!!
P.S. Using Optifine for HD texture packs
P.P.S. it seems that sometimes the buildcraft texture work....
p.p.p.s searched a little through the files and it seems there is a discrepancy between the images... later realized I am using IC2 v1.23... so won't be using this texture pack after all
yep its out of date ic2 changed their textures around in 1.2+ Havnt heard from chris in a while so i had to update the textures for myself in the mean time hope he comes back soon :smile.gif: also RP and BC added a couple of new items
Since i haven't that much time in the past and of course the heavy change most mods have being gone through, it will take some time to fix, create and rework some textures.
Currently im working on RP2 and IC2. BuildCraft is complicated at the moment since version 3 is on its way and spacetoad changed the way textures are handled, no matter what i do i cant get my textures to work so i had to stop it at least for now.
What about BetterThanWolves? Yea right, im not using it at least not yet so im not working on textures for it.
@kaer_enrohk: You're doing a great job and of course im very interested in working together. Just leave me a note per PM and we're on the way :smile.gif: ohh and np your english is good.

Last but not least expect an updated version in the next few days / maybe hours, it will only contain small fixes but it will work with the latest mods.
The fix from above should be implemented in the latest BC release (2.2.12 or 3.1.2). But the problem is the way buildcraft handles textures, as i said before no matter what i do i couldn't get my textures to work with additional pipes installed. Spacetoad also said somewhere in the forum that some textures are "dynamic generated" and only in the sheets for fallback.
Thats why im currently only working on RP2 since the mod itself is just porn and so far no one really made textures for it.
But please let me know if you could get your textures working, i will do also if i find way.

I know you hunger for an updated version of the texpack, and i got some good news for you. For now you can find working textures for IC2 v.1.43 over at the IC2 Forum http://forum.industrial-craft.net/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=2310&pageNo=1 (im enVy there)
