This is awesome. And this testmap! It's perfect for... testing! Thanks so much for linking it.
Unfortunately it's a bit glitched atm.
The map is fit for 1.9.4, so some of the blocks are invisible in your texture pack yet.
Furthermore the whole 1.9.4 business seems to be not perfect yet and / or the map has still some construction flaws and / or I loaded it in 1.8 inadvertedly because I lost track of my .minecraft-folders.
When you enter the map, there are mobs on the lose while other mobs don't spawn at all and some of the picture have popped off the walls. And I'm not the only one who experienced these issues.
But apart from that, Tyken's Testmap is a great device for testing. Maybe it gets fixed within the next weeks or months.
Even with flowers I quite like that creeper. I quite like this pack in general, the only thing I dislike at the moment (other than the fact that I'm still without a GPU so I can't give the pack a good gameplay test, heh) is the side grass, I think it should hang over a little more, but other than that, it's really great.

That is actually a very easy option to add. Maybe I'll texture it up over dinner. (I'm trying very hard to resist ordering pizza)
I don't really like them. The flower is nice but the rest of it seems...I dunno. It's almost like it needs to be cleaned up.
It might be that the mottling is too strong. I wanted a ivy sort of look, but there's just not enough space on the creeper texture for it. Try this screenshot with the pattern a bit lower on opacity.
No problem guys, glad you like the improvements. It's pretty hard to hurt my feelings with constructive critique and I'm always happy to work more on this pack. After all, I use it too.
Btw, Thistle, did you notice that hampstar always talked about "he" and "Mr. Thistle" in his video!?
That's because there are no girls on the internet and my boobs are merely the fiction of a FBI agent hiding behind this screenname. Or so I've heard.
But in all seriousness, I've gotten so used to this sort of mistake that it doesn't bother me and it's easier to just let it slide every now and then. My real name can be a girl or a guy name so I get this outside the internet too. Credit card offers are always addressed to Mr. Thistle and when I turned 18 I received a draft registration notice. Heck, just the other day I got a letter from a bank thinking I was my mother's husband (same last name) and offering me a better mortgage on my parent's paid-for house. It's not even a name that's commonly used for men - there's just ONE guy that's fairly well-known with it and the automatic assumption is I'm male, even though female usage of this name currently way outweighs the male use. Male is just the default assumption. Like I said, you get used to it.

If it makes you feel better I don't assume gender. I normally Think of a person as a gender-less being until I see something that makes my mind up either way. Something like the pic of you in the medieval armor. Though I had decided before that. Not many males would name their profile after their dog. :smile.gif:

Curse PremiumWho doesn't want a flowered creeper?
*keeps her hands firmly down and dives under table*
They look great!
A bit like the hula girls from hell.

(unless it's practically the only thing you eat. Then you should reconsider :tongue.gif:)
