I've tried this on 1.8 and 1.9 prerelease and get a "line" on torches an various other items. It doesn't happen with all textures, LB Photo realism for instance, but about 90% of packs I try have this problem. I'm also using the lasted mcpatched and tried reinstalling minecraft. Any suggestions. I'll post a link to a pic
would suggest using a program like gimp... open the terrain.png and set a grid for the proper size. anything in the top of the torch square, delete it. simple.
