Thanks very much for asking, I'm glad you read my licence. You can use parts of my pack in your texture, as long as you give credit for the texture(s) and link back here. Also, you cannot get money from my textures, which includes adf.ly.

make the cloud cover completely white, as to make it constantly cloudy, and therefore, gloomy.
I like this idea, you could do something like the clouds I have in my pack. It adds a lot to the atmosphere. Here I used a light, desaturated version of my clouds.
I am going to be brave and dl your texture pack this weekend. I am going to play it at night with the lights off, and then I am going to s*** myself. I'll let you know what I think provided I don't have any serious mental damage afterward.

Everyone, I just put up a new adcraft.co link, as I believe it pays more. If you guys could click that first, I would be appreciative. I'm keeping the adf.ly link there too, just in case some of you are uncomfortable with adcraft, or you are more secure with adf.ly or whatnot.

Also, I understand this update wasn't very big, but expect the next one to be - as when I release the next update, the texture will be in version 1.0! This will definitely mean all finished items, more mob skins, some miscellaneous textures and more!
Hopefully, the next update will be the biggest update so far, so stay tuned!
Their management is a bit...wonky. Somehow they didn't read all of the Google ToS and actually violated them causing a huge uproar...yea...it's ugly. Have they payed for the month of December yet?

I only started using it a few days ago: it's experimental. After this month if I'm unhappy with it I'm just going to stick to adf.ly. I like it's layout and interface more anyway, and have had no problems with it.
If they have managed to fix their issues it might be worth it. I used them for a month and a half (through two payouts) and never saw a penny even though I was supposed to have earned around $14.
