First off, let me say that this post is a WIP, as well as the packs are WIP. Links to the minecraftcustomizer pages for 16x-128x are already set up and listed below. For 256x and 512x, please send the textures and I will compile them on this post in an orderly format for download, much like minecraft customizer.


Alright, after much debate and consensus, we have established the ground rules for a "union texture pack". Now, the main rule with submissions to the "union pack" is that it all has to be art that was generated/created specifically for the "union pack", i.e. it has to be new. [Nothing out of your existing packs, sorry ladies and gents.]. That's about it, feel free to submit textures to any and all or none of the categories. Eventually, we hope to see enough art included that people can generate a pack of combinations of textures for private use that will be unique to their world and Minecraft experience.

I'd like to say first and foremost that no one is under ANY obligation to participate, it is purely volunteer work. However, you must be a member of the TAU to submit textures. If you are interested in submitting art but are not in the Union, please post a comment on the Union's thread to apply.

Now, with that out of the way, let me move on to the overview of this idea.

If you have something you would like to submit, please pm it to me (drfrozenfire) with TAU Pack in the subject field and a description of the block and what resolution it is in.
Here is how it is broken down. Currently, Minecraftcustomizer only supports up to 128x.

-32x
-64x
-128x
-a 256x page
-a 512x page



Once again, let me stress the point that you are NOT required to participate in this.

Any and all. People will be able to mix and match to suit whatever style they want. It will be the largest texture archive on here after we get enough submissions!

I almost didn't respond to this, but I think I might as well waste some time.
A- The Union takes credit, not individual artists.
B- I actually have contributions to it but seeing as how I literally JUST made this thread, it will be a little bit before I get them organized.
C- Really? Take them for myself... As the leader of the most successful organized sub-community on this forum, I think that is a bit far-fetched.

Yup it will take a bit to compile enough for a complete pack though.

not really, i can fumble my way thru some basics, but im better with a pencil then a mouse, but thats not saying much lol

Hey, how did I miss this going up and how am I the second admin to post here?

Let me dig some stuff up. I have a shitton of extra textures that I am not using in anything. Including a discontinued partial pack that I never released.

Okay first go apply for membership at the union. Click the giant emblem on the first page of this thread to get there. Second, if you submit them here you can't use them in any future or existing packs.
