I'm just annoyed by them in general. I realize you can't change their model but please make their clothes look better not just the heads. If you ever could change the model in theory I would get rid of the crossed arms.
Something I haven't seen anyone do is take the top half of the head and make it a hat, like a boxy priest's hat. I'd do it myself, but I don't have the urge. Perhaps it'll give you another option to offer, though, if you'd like to do so. :smile.gif: I think their faces could be made to look like normal human faces as well, with this in mind.

And as for the normal human faces, I can't without it looking funny. A normal player character has a 8x8 face/sides/top. A villager has 8x8 on top & bottom, but 8x10 on the sides. I guess I can take another wack at the human face, but I can't promise a better result.

Well if you will try to make head smaller for pigman version then keep the clothes and skip the hat.... I only wanted the race changed. Maybe you should begin modding... Would be nice :biggrin.gif:

I've seen a lot of complaining about the new NPC's inhabiting the villages. I can't fix their behavior, nor their model. But I can re-skin them.
The main concern was towards the nose, so I removed it completely. But since I aim to please, I can remake my skins to add them back if so desired.

Lol nawwww, I agree the villagers are awful! You should make more alts!
