This is just a black and white version of the default Minecraft texture pack.
I didn't make this, I only changed it to black and white.

I made it like this using Photoshop.

Also could a mod please change the title to [16x16][1.9] Black n' White (Default)

Yup. He can't set the green to gray because grass, leaves and so on use a color map. If you look at the default texture, you will see that they are gray.

Actually he can, the biome shading is the the misc folder in the minecraft.jar

Also, this has been done before. Almost as often as the smooth default.
