I'm not going to lie, it's eye-searing. Few reasons why:
-The choice of bright, neon colors wasn't a good choice here.
-Borders are almost never good on most blocks. There are exceptions, but not here.
-Add some pictures. Not just one video and a download link.
-It's still a WIP I see, but at least add a different download link. I don't see much done, and frankly, it isn't worth it. Most people cringe at the site of an adfly link with something like this.

-Adfly is only a 5 second thing. I dont think anyone should really be concerned over having to wait

Leader of "Building Blocks" (name may change)
It was a neat concept that I haven't seen done before. The textures resembled strongly a sky area and in that area I think you succeeded. I also loved the panorama.
I, however, disliked the breaking animation (A LOT).
My overview: deserves a rating of anywhere from 4/10 to 7.5/10.
Not bad.
