I say diamondz. Can't you make this simple pack a BIT different from the others? I like how you started, but I think I know how the pack is going to end.

I'd recommend changing the log texture to something like this, as it goes vertically in trees automatically:
b=border pixel, i=inside pixel
biiiiiiiiiiiiiib x16 rows
In other words make it so that they connect to each other vertically.

Even if you're going to change it later, don't make a post about it unless it is unique. This kind of texture packs has been done about 100 times before.
This is a good texturepack as it is, but the name simplecraft has been used for "a million" times.
Try calling it something like NickCraft or something, that will make people look at this thread.
