Not to be rude, but they look horrible. Some got stub arms, some got long. The high forehead testificates look dumb. Humans have ugly faces and completely black mouths. Females got enormous eyes. Aliens have black outlines which is bad. Dwarves are deformed and tall. Pigmen have arms out of their arms. Elves have somehow ugly faces. Oods are derpy and look like Israphel. Goblins are impossible to recall as goblins

Can't change the arms without modding them. The testificates are just edits for people who somehow liked the default skins. Define "ugly" and the black mouths was the only one that looked decent The eyes are in anime-style to show that they're girls.. The aliens are just my interpretation on what minecraft aliens look like. Again, can't remodel the villagers. Huh? The elves aren't perfect, so redo them yourself. The ood can't be perfect without stick-out tentacles. The goblins can be orcs or whatever.

i'm not sure if you've ever heard of or played a game called Okami but its for the PS2 and i have a texture pack for Okami but nothing to change the villagers to match it so if you could do something like that it would be great

there's a texture pack that changes villagers to steve skins with alterations based on the profession. it's nice and doesn't retexture anything but the villagers. it's called "npc humens" (creator misspelled humans)
This may seem like a odd request but can you make more female villagers and more attractive? It's a bit messed up having male villagers mate, I hope you understand

They actually use a different model than the human model. The skin will look VERY broken.
I agree with the other guy, they're terrible.
