Ok. So I know that this isn't the right forum, but the only way that other people who make texture packs will see this, is if I post it here.

Can someone help me?

(The one that is a block of water is supposed to be netherrack)

That happens when you mess up when using MCpatcher I think.

You have to use the MCpatcher, if you already have it on it can screw up because of mods sometimes.

Ok, I forgot to update MCPatcher xD I think that was what was wrong, but anyways, it is working now. Thanks guys!
