Firstly, it is required in the rules to post pictures.
Secondly, if you did not get permission from the creator of painterly, then you are not allowed to post a download link to anything including his work.
If you are making a thread for your texture pack, whether WIP or released, it must have at least one screenshot. If it doesn't, it will be locked. Also, do not accuse others of stealing your work without proof. Do not troll, flame, or spam in simple texture pack threads. If you don't like them, don't post. You will be warned otherwise.
I feel like you've already tried this before....Hey wasn't I just having a conversation about this here on the forums....

Mirror linked you on how to post pictures already. And you have to ask the creator to get permission. Thought I HIGHLY doubt he'll give it to you.
