Upload it to a website like photobucket, make sure it's set to public and use the 'Insert Image' button that's right in your face when you post something.
If you are making a thread for your texture pack, whether WIP or released, it must have at least one screenshot. If it doesn't, it will be locked. Also, do not accuse others of stealing your work without proof. Do not troll, flame, or spam in simple texture pack threads. If you don't like them, don't post. You will be warned otherwise.
