I am making a texture pack and I need the following files so that I can edit them:
Particles (bubbles, music note, etc.)
All mobs (except Char.png)
Title
All in the Gui file (except items, icons, background, or gui)
Achievements
that's all for now.
where can I download the default textures for those?

You can find them in the minecraft.jar folder of your game. Click on MineCraft as if you're going to play it, but don't log in. Click on options, then just go to your folder which is the link on the bottom.
