today i decided to start a texture pack and im not sure how to make it work and if i am even doing it right
(this will be converted to my texture pack page AFTER i figure out what im doing)
first for making the texture
do i just need to make a 16x16 pixle block with the texture?

how do i make into an actual pack after all the textures are done?
or can someone just help me do that part after its done
