Intro:
Yoda Stories! A 1997 windows desktop adventure game. It achieved minimal fame and is now freeware, Lucas Arts disowned its rights to the game. So, I thought, hell Yoda's textures are 32x and Minecraft Texturepacks are often 32x, so why not make a Yoda Stories Minecraft texturepack? Well I did. I found that although the textures are 32x there were many problems with the transfer, especially as Yoda was an angled top down game and Minecraft's textures are flat 2D. But, with a bit of editing (about 60% of the textures were edited by me and about 30% were done from scratch) I found that the detail put into every 32x cell of Yoda was astounding. These textures come from masters of their field, people who make textures for a living, and it shows. Whenever you're exploring caves the stone just seems a little more alive, when you're crafting lightsabers, the items seem more real. Of course some of the new textures just doesn't make sense: i.e the mushroom stew is a Rebel Medical pack. But I feel it makes Minecraft feel different, in a new way. You may feel as though you're exploring a new world...

Wow great! I love getting feedback so soon, remember though this is only a teaser! (P.s the zombie is kinda strange now, I've just started turning him into a tusken raider!
Sorry, I'm going to wait until 1.9 until I update Yoda, there are a lot of new textures I need to finish!
Also, please post any images you have of finished star wars structures or Yoda stories maps, if you need any inspiration how about an Endor satellite dish or your own Hoth Tunnels?

Problem is, there's heaps of Star Wars texturepacks around now so I think this one might not be needed. Thanks for the interest, and if this gets any more popular I may reboot it...
