I've been wanting to change the Enderman skin myself, but I can't find out which parts of the png correspond to which part of its body.
Endermen aren't exactly as common as zombies or skeletons either. I can't use trial and error by testing them repeatedly with different body parts modded for that reason.
Looking at your pngs helps, but it's still not enough info to edit it myself.

You need photoshop or some other program that allows you to make images transparent.
