Firstly, forgive me if this is a dumb question. I'm relatively new to making texture packs.
Anyway, I want to change the color of a torch's light for a texture pack I'm making, but it seems that changing light_normal.png doesn't change anything.
Is it at all possible to change, or is it hopeless without a mod?
Most of the time when changing the water/light and other pngs like that you need to use mc patcher for HD support, and have a seperate texture pack to load. Not edit the MC jar directly.
