Why do they look so familiar? (the textures in the blue circles)

neatherrock is mine, soulsand was cobble but twisted, mossy stone was updated to have 'ivy' work on it
stone was drawn and cleaned up

By putting this texture pack behind an adf.ly link, you're making money off of it. You're distributing it in the first place. Those two on their own would make it commercial use, disproving your point and proving mine. If you were using this texture pack yourself and not distributing it and not making money off of it, it wouldn't be illegal. I suggest you read the WHOLE terms and conditions and understand what you're doing before you do something stupid... But it's too late for that now.
Also, after looking at the terrain file Leo pointed out, you also outright copied the breaking animation textures from Painterly, along with many other parts I can point out for you in case you 'forgot', as apparently you have with the furnaces.

were allowed to do that, same reason why runescape players with youtube partnerships are allowed to, were not allowed to make a private server, or sell privateserver membership, otherwise were allwoed to do as we please, been this way for 11 years, and actualy i do understand these terms and conditions, i have written some of my own for my working contracts, and have them checked with my lawyers.

You just told me the terms and conditions say you can't use their intellectual property for commercial use. How can you tell me that they said it's okay for you to use it commercially after I make you realize what commercial use actually means? Stop contradicting yourself, you're slowly poking holes in your own argument. If your lawyers are as stupid as you are, which apparently they are because they passed something you thought of, I'm slowly losing respect for the legal system.

i orginaly drew texturepacks for alpha, things get forgotten after der tiem, the break is what i drew, i wanted a countback clock so i used autofeatures and drew one? is that bad? guess i got to change my' timer also again
How come I found these textures in the Eldpack terrain?
You cannot claim that you've made a texture if you have only changed the hue/saturation/contrast etc.

You're a horrible liar. I use that breaking animation in my own painterly pack. It's EXACTLY the same. No disparities or differences whatsoever. Along with other things like the wooden doors, roses and torches, and SO much more. Once again, if you want me to tell you what I can see that is stolen, simply ask. I'll remind you. Stop making up ******** stories and own up to stealing other people's work.

I'm not even buying that you're drunk, something tells me that you're just alone at home with a sub-par education and nothing better to do than to steal from other people and act downright mentally handicapped on the internet. With luck this thread won't be here when you wake up, because I'm confident that other people aren't as stupid as you are and see that you've clearly done something wrong here, by stealing other people's artwork.
