I really, REALLY want to know why this forum was switched to Curse. It seems to me their name is pretty accurate. I have seen honestly NO improvements in ANY areas of the forum.
alright guys. I can't remember who, but someone was SUPER helpful in mapping out all of the BTW textures in both the terrain and items palettes. If this person has this information still, or anybody else does, that would be GREAT.

Bah, there was a lot of important information in that thread. The silly thing is that all I had to do to fix the stringent violation was remove a couple links.
In all seriousness, thanks for starting this Kabonos. Since a lot of the people here have download links leading to the customizer site (including me) it's very useful to have a direct link between the two.
And what is Curse's problem anyway? I haven't given a dime to either minecraftcustomizer.net OR Curse. So it's not like they're missing an opportunity to raid my wallet.

I think it's amusing that they complain about a community website which has had real effort put into it asking for donations, but hero derp morons who put ad.fly links up of scantily edited textures are a-ok. And by amusing I mean ****ing stupid.

After some exchanges with the forum admin, Beltir (who did not close the thread), the old thread is now reactivated (I can even keep the links). Link to the Old Thread.
The new forums on Minecraft Customizer, however, will remain up as it is simply the best way to organize the information. Within a single thread feature requests and bug reports get lost easily.
