Ok, I apologise, it does seem harsh. But, this is the general message you're giving the vast majority of people, I agree with all of Grugsy's points, you need to redo this all.
First of all, you can't expect people to 'take your word' on whether or not the download link is a virus or spam or whatever, this is the internet, who listens to one another?
Secondly, reading this whole thing makes me think you aren't quite ready to release a texture pack, by this I'm not referring to your skill as an artist, however, this doesn't quite prove much. But more so, your presentation is very poor, you've come near to saying 'Download this, kthxbai', and frankly, that, to me is a terrible sales pitch.
You can't be allowed to become aggressive while you're making a texture pack, when I first released mine, it had just become a work in progress, but, to make up for it, I wrote a lot, telling people what I intended the pack to be when I'd finished, and my ideas, etc..
Showing aggression through the internet is like being a fish without gills, bloody useless. All internet arguments are a waste of time, they serve no purpose, and just have the outcome of making one (or more) person frustrated.
I don't want that, no one does.
So, I suggest you redo all this text, make everything look pretty so that people want to read more. And, I see you said "These photos are not of everything", well then, from what I can see, it does look like minor changes, perhaps you should prove everyone wrong? And show the bigger changes. A lot of the textures do look similar if not the same to the original pack.
All the best in your adventure, but, you're not going to go far with an ignorant attitude.
