Thank you!
I should probably figure out how I'm going to texture cacti now.
Here's the deal with the wools:
The left one looks synthetic and a bit too modern. (After asking people for a few opinions, it's not very likely that I will use it)
The right one is borderless, looks good, but is based off of Steelfeathers' design (hence Ironplumage).
The middle one looks the most like a solid cube of wool. Keep in mind that I've ramped up the color to match the others now. (I've also made improvements to the color/contrast of all other wools in this style, so if I don't change it it will still look better)
Taking those ideas into account, which style do you prefer?
I am liking these mushrooms and dyes. The dyes especially.
I took a few more screens:
-snip-
I may use the first screen.
Also, it's hard to make a particularly good looking mushroom.
The dyes are supposed to look like containers of acrylic paint.
Oh dear, well i guess i shall expect the water in the far future but im looking forward to rain, it seems that every time it rains in my world i need to change texture pack since it dosent fit.
Ah, and boy does it rain often. I'll have to figure out how to change it... it looks like the file is upside down.
Also, srs business update
I know everyone desperately wanted them, so I added sugar canes.
Also, clay is recolored dirt because it made sense.
You can see the door icons and the new mocha cookie on the bar.
The clay works out very nice. No complaints about the sugar cane. I didn't say this before, but the cactus seems a bit too vertical, and I can easily see the texture tiling. Add more "connectors" in it.*

*The only parts of the cactus not vertical.
It's based off a saguaro which is almost all vertical lines, with very few of those 'connectors',
I considered adding vignetting to make it look like segments, but I figured it would look more like a stack of mutant watermelons because each segment would be a cube :X
I believe that it was my fourth attempt to make a cactus looking cactus, and I am frankly quite happy with it.
I really like the gray dirt clay. It reminds me of the stone from a lot of other texture packs, and it's a way for me to have my cake and eat it too in terms of building materials (Alcla, yes, it looks like it matches the stone perfectly to me). I love your cookie too, especially the sweet chocolate detailing :laugh.gif: !!! Also, I have to say Im on your side DMc about the cactus. I think the flower on top is incredibly cute and the colors look great with your sand. Definitely agree with Oys! s to you!
It would be nicer if you remade all of the textures from summerfield.
I know you have are allowed to but it looks a bit stupid with your textures blended together with them from summerfield
Thank you!

Reposting pictures for reference
I should hurry up this update because it's a lot of fun to build with the new cobble.
Mushrooms and dyes are done.
The dyes were actually still in 16x, perhaps lithiumsound was still using the jolicraft dyes?
I took a few more screens:
Water: *seizure*
Rain: very possible
I'm never going to get a clear answer on which wool fits more; I feel like the choice really amounts to personal preference and nothing more.
I may use the first screen.

Well, you certainly succeeded spectacularly making the containers look like acrylic paint. The mushrooms also look great. I like the mini-mushrooms.
I`m going to try it out!

Another person using my sig?
Yesssss

Edit: A request for water. Could you make it darker and less transparent than the current placeholder?

I wanted to make it a similar color, yeah.
Water: noted. I can try editing the current placeholder to see how it looks.
