Use GIMP or Paint.Net. If you become good, head over to photoshop. It's more expensive and more professional, so don't waste the trial until you're good enough to understand it.

i already have Photoshop but i not sure how to use it... and i can't find the pencil tool
In Photoshop, tools tend to be grouped together. Pencil is the same as brush, just hold the mouse button on it for a moment to get access to the other three or four tools in the brush group. Right-clicking on the brush tool icon will also give you access to the other tools. Most of the tools in the tool palette (if not all) are concealing a bunch of other tools :smile.gif:

Use Gimp, thats what I use and it works really well.
