Actually, if you really want tips, I've still got the original thread where I asked basically the same question back when I was starting my original evil lair that I originally created this pack for. The people who helped me with that had some pretty good suggestions, and they're all written down there.

Personally, I think the Zombies and Skeletons should look like Mental Patients (Bow turned into Shotgun) But the Enderman should be some kind of imagination creature. Creepers I was thinking could be experimented, mutated creatures.

Well, I've already mentioned that the Minecraft Customizer site seems to have problems with uploading HD packs and that doesn't look like its gonna be resolved any time in the foreseeable future. If you know a better texture customizer host, feel free to let me know.
I'm not sure how well a shotgun would work with the bows and arrows mechanic. There's a reason I made 'em harpoon guns in the original flavour. Apart from that, good suggestions all.

Edges of Redstone Repeaters and Redstone Comparitor now match tops
New custom textures for all Buttons and Texture Plates

Yeah, I've got a couple bouncing around in my head. I'm probably not going to get to them until after I finish the two versions I've got now though. Well, get them out of WIP status anyway. I wasn't going to do Apocalypse, but I was planning on doing VillainCraft: Cold Steel (title may be subject to change), which is post-robot uprising (with the player as one of the evil robots, of course). There were a couple of others, but I can't recall them at the moment.

I didn't list it twice. I just listed it once for each version of the pack. The changelogs for the two versions are separate lists.
It hadn't crossed my mind yet, but yes that sounds like something I should probably do.
