Hey everyone! I have been messing around with the minecraft textures for a while now and have finally decided to make my first texture pack. It is still in development and I have only textured the essential items. No download will be available yet, but soon, I want to finish the pack completely first.
I am going to post some images for some feedback so I can improve my texture pack. Any comments are appreciated.

Thats all I have for now, but I am adding alot more very very soon.
To do List:
Add more items and blocks. Retexture Birch log, retexture dirt.
Not to hate, but this does not look like a 32x texture. It looks more like a 16x :/
Could you tell me which textures look 16x? the pack itself is 32x32, but I dont really wanna do the whole "HD" pack. Just a 32x32 simple texture pack. Thanks for feedback :smile.gif:

It doesn't necessarily look like one particular texture, it just doesnt look like something I would need to use a patcher to use. Just take a look at some of the 32x textures on Planet Minecraft, you'l see what I mean. http://www.planetminecraft.com/resources/texture_packs/any/any/?op0=2

Oh yea, there are amazing packs that are 32x32 there. The problem is I only have GIMP at the moment, so it doesnt offer amazing texturing, I would love to get photoshop or a similar program, itd be soo much easier.
I agree lol.... I was trying to go for all of the woods having similar patterns, but with the birch i just couldnt get it to work. Any ideas of a good pattern I could do?

Thanks! Yea I fixed some things, im trying to figure out a good design that fits in with the theme.
