Hello everyone! I am working on my 3rd texture pack (the other two I discontinued :/), and I need to know how to change the gray, biome-compliant textures. Should I use the same colors? Or what?
Also, the texture pack I'm making is a cartoon-type pack, I need suggestions :biggrin.gif:
:tongue.gif: Ok. I heard that you just use the same colors, and darker gray=darker color.
Well, if you make it in colour, then take away the saturation, it will look close to what you made. Only difference will that it will be coloured like the biome you are in.

Thanks :smile.gif: I think I might know how to, have any suggestions for the pack?

EDIT: And the redstone. That also confuses me.
How do I do that? I use Gimp 2.6 by the way.
Eww gimp. I have no idea how to do it in gimp. For redstone, just use white to light grey to make it.

Hmmm, 16 or 32 but smooth. Not simple though. Just an idea.
Oh god. No simple. It's a it simplistic though. 16x. Simples suck.
