I am currently working on an industrial/dark future style texture pack. At the moment, I am trying to do the water/lava. However, they look like crap. The lava looks like it's having a lighting seizure, and the water is just a solid green block.

If anyone would be willing to put together a texture or two of the lava and water (fully animated if possible, please) I would be most grateful.
Lava should be metallic with heated orange/red/yellow spots in it OR solid black with green bits (like enrgy flowing across it)
Water should be a sludgy green or purple.

ANY HELP IS GRATEFULLY ACCEPTED

Ah, don't worry. Animating it's always the hardest. Make sure you're using the custom_water_still.png and custom_water_flowing.png and the lava ones for the animation, or else it cannot be avoided that the water will look like a lifeless block. If you need help with how the files work or anything like that, let me know.
