Ok, so I was testing my texture pack (which is going pretty well aside from the problem I'm about to tell you about) when I noticed what the tall grass looked like. The tall grass is just a big green box. I would fix it on my own, but I can't even find where the tall grass is located. Here's a picture:

Tall grass is located in terrain.png, most likely something got messed up if/when you edited it and it filled the tall grass box. Just take that out and change it to how you want it to look, that should solve it.

I can't seem to find the tall grass though. Which box is it in? How many squares across and down?
No the reason this is wrong is because whilst editing your pack you must have had a white/other color background instead of a transparent one and when you edited a transparent part it messes all transparency up
