Just fixed up your screenshots for you. And actually, this looks pretty nice. I think the redstone torch could be changed a bit, (maybe make it red again, and it wouldn't suffer from a bit of noise filter) and the glass could use a little something, but the ores look very nice. I'd like to see you continue with this, if you're going to do all the textures.
Considering you've only done the ores, not stated it is a WIP (as you should if you plan on making a full TP), have claimed the entire thing is your own (which it isn't, you've only changed the ores). Although You do state you've only changed the ores, if that's all you're gonna do, post them as separate textures and save us the clutter. PLEASE.
Not to put you down or anything, but open your eyes and have a look around. This forum is now full of useless, trashy packs that are either "simple" i.e. one color with a filter of some sort applied, or they're just lazily redone versions of the original textures (with a shoddy filter applied) or a ripoff of someone else's pack (perhaps also with a ridiculously simple filter applied.
