If you are using GIMP. Go to "Scale Image" and change it to the resolution you want. 256 = 16x, 512 = 32x, etc, etc. Then select "None" for the drop down box on the bottom. This will scale it and keep the textures from bleeding into eachother.
How would I go about making a 1x1 bit or a 2x2? If it's even possible. I'm wondering because my computer kind of sucks and I'm trying to make it run faster haha >.<
