Okay. So I am well on my way to edit the items.png. I decided to aim for the dyes first because I have an AWESOME idea. Now most of them are done, however I have a few questions to clarify what a few of them are :smile.gif:.
First one is to the right of the ink-sack. It looks like...possibly grey dye, but I am unsure.
the second and third ones are under the Teal and Orange dyes, and above the selection thingys for your GUI.

Those markers actually have nothing to do with the GUI, they're just marking the borders of the next spaces for items, so that he knew where to put the new stuff. :tongue.gif:

Well, just backup your texture and re-install .minecraft folder and then just chech!?!
Unhelpful. Since i'v got multiple mods installed for a Lets Play series, I don't have TooManyItems to spawn them. Hence why I asked people on the forums..

Everything on those two rows and under the ink sac are dyes. The first one you pointed out is dark grey dye, and the ones below the teal and orange dyes are light grey dye and bone meal.
