The cobblestone kinda looks like an iron block in some texture packs and needs some more shading but i think stone and grass are nice! Ores are big, some like some don't :tongue.gif: i really dont care either way but the basic wood looks more like puke than wood?(i am critiquing right?) It should be more brown but like what your doing so far!
Thanks for the advice, and yes. I need to rework cobble. It just looks to brick-y.
Paint.NET, it's great. All the tools I could need. :tongue.gif:
I suggest GIMP actually haha i have never used paint.net but i fell in love with gimp when editing for stop-motion and now i used it to create my pack mostly, but anyway :tongue.gif: if paint.net has a burn/dodge tool then it is EXTREMELY EXTREMELY EXTREMELYEXTREMELY helpful. Just not-really randomly but kinda randomly burn here and lighten here and it turns it into a whole new texture

That's not what I meant... I meant should I complete the textures I have started (planks, glass, door, etc...) or start on new ones (everything else I haven't done...). See what I am asking?
Ok then, since you are the only person who said something. :tongue.gif:
And Amerika. Sorry. Didn't see your post. D:
its fine i had logged off by then anyway haha. As for planks to make them more tan colored would make them look different but i actually like the color of those planks they just need shading i think if you wish to keep the color

But I like my dark and pale wood... :sad.gif:
I'm making a texture pack: (16x) Silent Night
Sorry its not really pale looking... its greenish to me. But im just giving you feedback! Don't worry about it :biggrin.gif:
Which wood? Planks or logs?

Those LOGS there haha sorry for the confusion
Ok. Yes, they are a little green, but it's how I wanted it to look. They don't look like puke in-game though.
(at least not to me...)

Well as for cobblestone what do you use to create your texture packs? I.E Paint.net?

Anyways, gonna work on more textures tomorrow. Should I finish textures I have started or start new ones?
