First, this texture pack is based on the cartoon network series known as "The Regular Show." To even think about participating, I wish that you watch at least watch half a season of regular show to get a good idea for the textures.
Once you do that, think of the texture you want to modify. To work on it, you must use this template:
TEXTURE RENTAL:
Texture:(insert the part of the pack you wish to work on, such as terrain, mobs, etc.)
How large my change will be:(minor, major, heck, I'll just do the whole darn terrain.png!)
I, FrankWestcp, now give_____________permission to modify or add textures to this pass-it-on for two hours!
You may work on whatever, but you must know how to use pixel art. This pack is a 16x. Once you finish working on the pack, you must post that you are finished, then you post the modified texture(s) in a neat zip file. You may not work on an already taken texture. And once the pack is done, you may feel free to use the pack to do whatever. If you worked on it, feel free to NOT give me any credit. I'm just that nice. And do not modify somebody elses(besides notch's) work! Remember, two hours work time!
