Welcome. This is my texture pack. It's not in any way meant to be realistic, obviously.
Countless years have passed. Even millennia. Humans are scarce in this world, if not extinct. The Overworld became corrupt-like. Stone became Plagued. Grass and dirt became Contaminated. Most of the trees died, leaving only 3 types of Deadwood Trees. An Indestructable Substance now forms a barrier at the bottom of this world. Water and ice is now Dirty, snow shows specks of blood, and lava (and magma) became Dark looking. Sand was colored Grey, sandstone form unusual Cracks, and gravel was infused with Shadow Energy. Gold lost it's Luster, iron (now "extinct") was replaced with Crimson Alloy, coal became Scathecoal, diamond became Shadow Essence, and lapis was still merely a Blu Crystal (misspelling intended). Wool is now Saturated. Orb Herbs (Red and Yellow) and Dismalshrooms arised from the graves of flowers and mushrooms. Cacti became Grim, sugar canes were in enfused with rich Shadow Energy, and pumpkins became Shadowed. You can't help but think this is your fault, and you know you're right. As the Shadows of all our Sins, your formerly fellow Demons have betrayed you and stripped you of your amazing abilities and energies, but that doesn't stop you. Starting with your crafted Shadow-Alchemy Table, you start off your quest for survival against the ones who dared to betray you.
Shadowcraft was started over a year ago with plans of being used only by me, but not too long ago, a friend convinced me in releasing it to the public's eye. So without futher to do, here are a few screenshots:
The texture pack alters water, lava, and portal textures. It is recommended that you install a mod that allows you to see those changes.
What I plan to do in the future:
Make textures for sponges, lapis lazuli blocks, and whatever else I didn't change.
Maybe change a few textures.
Update whenever new textures appear.
Add support for other mods.
Not bad. I'm not a fan of dark/gloomy packs, so I won't try it, but with a little bit more work it could turn out nice. Try refining the tools a bit :smile.gif:
Well, the textures look a bit out of place. It would be horrible to play with a texturepack made like this. I think the textures are a bit too plain and the tools need a dark outline to define their shape. Also, ever thought of 64x64? But, who am I to judge?

I already thought of 64x64, but not right now.
Also, I'm already thinking of changing a few textures. I like the monsters more than anything in the tp.
