2. Using a "simple texture pack" will NOT make the game smoother, just uglier.

Dropping the number of colours will NOT make the game run faster. It still has to process the same number of pixels per texture, and it makes ABSOLUTELY NO DIFFERENCE what colour those pixels are.
Hey fellow minecraft players,forumers, and even you nasty little trolls! Im working on a texture pack for all those without fancy graphic cards! Its called SimpleCraft! It makes the game look more basic, and you have less colors, so the game will speed up! Im planning on it coming out the 2nd of September!

But seriously; there are too many of them, and they don't help people with bad graphic cards. They are just annoying and everywhere and require no talent to make.

God damn it, JUST NO. It won't, it is the same amount of pixels, same color doesn't matter. Also, we don't need more simple packs. There are already MILLIONS of them and they are neither new, or even good looking.
Next time use the damn search bar to see if what you say is right (the frame rate thing) and to see that there are millions of simple packs.
