1.7 compatible. This is my 1st attempt at a texture pack. It is a moon-themed texture pack containing Plants in glass. Various types of grey material like Grass, stone, dirt etc. I have also included MC_Patcher files which give the lava a better look and also no water. Seeing as there is no water on the moon. If this is successful I will add Mod Support. Comment for any improvements you might have. I will be happy to here them. Also for you people who watch the Yogscast, Slyfox and Hatventures. There are definitely some laughs and suprises in store. If you have any requests I will also be happy to hear them.

I tried to make everything organic seem robotic. If you look at the bottom of logs and cacti you will see wires. As for the ores. I wanted to make each seem different. Gold in medium sized chunks in the rock. Iron in large chunks. Coal in veins. Lapis in small chunks (like the original) and I wanted diamond to seem as though it's seeping out of it's rock. Redstone however is more computerised even in it's or state and is highly visible. I also decided that sugar canes should look like TNT. I wanted the nether to seem more metallic. Therefore i decided that soul sand and netherrack should like like metal. But the only way to tell them apart is the fact that it has a alternating stripe colours. Glowstone on the other hand looks more like a radioactive version of any other mineral block. The wool has been fully purged of all wrinkles to have the purest colour possible. The bricks have been upgraded in the same manner as well. Crafting benches are also disguised as stone 'double slabs'.Glass is now clear and Sponge has been given a 'spacey' upgrade as well. Beds and Pumpkins have been given the creeper face too. Chests on the other hand have been upgrade to diamond status. Bedrock has been given the same treatment as notch gave it. It is the same texture as stone with a higher contrast
Any constructive criticism is appreciated as well as requests for new stuff

Don't bother downloading though. I would delete this if I could
firstly half the items arn't done
so the title should be [WIP]
heres a few screenies
- No title?
- Items
- Landscape
Seems rushed,
1st off. The 'pretty colours' were ment to be wires and electronic bits.
Secondly it seems as though the title file was edited instead of the water file
Thirdly, what is wrong with the items? There is no fire or water on the moon.
and finally this is my 1st attempt at a proper texture pack. Perhaps I should redo it with a different theme?
Judging by the pics, this doesn't look like the moon at all. Also, upload your own pictures somewhere else, or at least link to them.
1. It looks a lot better in the other graphics mode
2. If I wanted it to look more like the moon. Blocks would be indistinguishable from each other
3. I did upload pics but the forum wouldn't take them.
I would delete this thread if I could

[1.7.3]Lunar Texture Pack[16x16] (insert new news in here/ whatever)
THE STRONGEST ODOR BLOCKER IN THE GALAXY
Giving the link of an image or a few images would be nice.
If i can upload an image, so can you.
Third, here is some criticism, straight out;
You definitely need to spend more time and effort instead of drawing pretty colors over textures. Learn the art by viewing my tutorials :wink.gif:
